Fair Trade/Certified Organic

An organic is grown under the eyes of organizations that certify that the growers do not use any pesticides or herbicides in the growing of their coffee.

Note:  Select 1 or 2 pound bags, either beans or ground below.  Ground coffee will be auto-drip unless you e-mail and tell us you would like a different grind.  Be sure to check out our shipping specials for quantity orders.
 

French Roast Organic:  Roasted slowly to ensure the inside of the bean is roasted as dark as the outside, this coffee is a very dark brown/black in color, but not burnt, for that strong, rich aroma and flavor.

Peru Organic:  One of the finest coffees from the mountains of Peru.  Medium roast and full-bodied.

Sumatra Organic:  Like most organics, this coffee is smooth, yet full-bodied and flavorful.

Sunrise Blend Organic:  This coffee is full-bodied flavored with a darker roast.  Similar to 49er Blend.

Yirgacheffe Organic:  This is Ethiopia's finest.  The medium roast yields a delicate, satisfying cup.

Decaffeinated Organic:  No chemicals, Swiss water process.
